June 30, 2009Brook Furniture Rental recently sponsored, in concert with the Chicagoland Apartment Association, a learning session on "Staging Your Apartment Models."
Targeted to the Chicago area apartment community, the session focused on the importance of staging models to appeal to prospective tenants. Brook Furniture Rental shared many proven home staging tips and techniques, which can be implemented by apartment communities to improve the appeal to prospective renters. The discussion featured insights on how to appeal to the unique demographics of different apartment communities, and how to leverage these when designing the model.
"We have been collaborating with the Chicago Apartment Association for over 30 years in many different capacities," said Kim Ashley, District Sales Manager for Brook Furniture Rental. "We are focused on assisting our apartment community partners rent apartments, and this presentation and hands on learning session was designed to share proven ideas that we have generated in helping rent apartments."
