Brook Furniture Rental is pleased to announce that Meredith Morris, General Manager of Brook’s Houston operations, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Houston Relocation Professionals (HRP) organization.

Serving on the Membership and Events Committee, Ms. Morris will help to lead the efforts of the HRP to increase the organization's visibility in the Houston area as a viable resource for corporate professionals who are managing employee relocation. Meredith has been active in many of the organization’s efforts over the past 10 years, serving in multiple capacities but focused mainly with HRP's membership efforts.

“I was very pleased and honored to be invited to join the Board of this great organization,” commented Ms. Morris. “The Houston Relocation Professional Organization really makes a positive impact in our city. I have been fortunate to benefit tremendously from being a part of the HRP and I am excited about giving back to the organization as well. From its focus on supporting and providing educational information to corporate professionals in the ever changing realm of employee relocation, to its efforts to help increase awareness of the needs and opportunities of relocating professionals, HRP has helped to make Houston a better place for relocating individuals.
